Are you  from the age 19- 25, looking to gain hands-on experience in the film industry while traveling abroad… all for FREE?  Here is a wonderful opportunity to do just that.

The Miami Jewish Film Festival partnered with Jerusalem Film Workshop is looking to  invite one young South Florida  filmmaker to receive a full scholarship to their Intensive workshop program held in Jerusalem. The scholarship includes a mentorship by an Israeli professional, living accommodations, two free meals a day, an opportunity to create two short films, access to professional equipment, and many other amenities.

You don’t need much filmmaking experience to apply. But you do need to demonstrate your passion for the art form. To apply submit a personal statement stating information about yourself and reason why attending the Jerusalem Film Workshop is important to you,  a portfolio which can include screenplays, short films , or other artistic passions, and lastly a detailed resume.
